Our panelists will be professionals in Brazilian Percussion such as Marcus Santos (Boston), Diego Figueiredo ( Sao Paulo), Jamie Haddad (Oberlin) Fabio Gomes (Rio de Janeiro), Dylan Moffitt (Cleveland), Patrick Duke (Dubai), , Pato Irie (Toronto), Alex Bordokas (Toronto). We will be exploring the challenges of learning the Brazilian style from a foreign perspective versus being a native, while showing different percussive accents in different groups of beats.
